Terms and Conditions:
Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly to avoid any future issues.
Delivery - Premium Virgin Hair:
- All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. All orders are currently pre-orders only. Shipping is UK only.
- The hair should be with you in up to 15 days, however, please allow up to 20 days for your order to arrive.

This includes:
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
- Packaging and Construction/Customization of Wig Units: 3-5 business days.
- Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Delivery - Raw Hair:
- All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. All orders are currently pre-orders only. Shipping is UK only.
- The hair should be with you in up to 10 days, however, please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.
- This includes:
- Processing Time: 1-5 business days.
- Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- As soon as your order has been shipped out to you, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- If you require your hair before a specific date, please ensure you place your order well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Shipping Delays:
Any shipping delays will be communicated to you. Please note that shipping delays are the responsibility of the shipping company. If you encounter issues with shipping, please contact us, and we will liaise with the shipping company on your behalf.
Order Issues:
- Our products undergo quality testing to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. To resolve the issue, we require reliable pictures of the product as soon as you notice it is unsuitable.Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a partial refund/exchange.
- After 10 days of you receiving your order the hair will not be eligible for partial refund/exchange
Depending on the nature of the issue and at our discretion, we may offer:
- A partial refund (10-30%).
- An exchange or replacement.
We do not offer full refunds
- Disputes for non-delivery must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date
- Any orders made are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once processing begins.
