Refund policy
Our products undergo quality testing to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. To resolve the issue, we require reliable pictures of the product as soon as you notice it is unsuitable.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a partial refund or exchange. After 10 days of receiving your order, the hair is no longer eligible for a partial refund or exchange.
Depending on the nature of the issue and at our discretion, we may offer a partial refund (10-30%) or an exchange/replacement. We do not offer full refunds.
We provide detailed aftercare instructions, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow them — neglecting aftercare voids eligibility for any refund, exchange, or replacement.
Any orders made are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once processing begins. Disputes for non-delivery must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
