We are not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by third parties (e.g. shipping companies, customs). Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses, and we are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses. Proof of delivery (via Royal Mail tracking) signifies the completion of our responsibility as a seller.
We provide detailed aftercare instructions, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow them. Neglecting proper aftercare voids any eligibility for a partial refund, exchange, or replacement.
Any orders made are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once processing begins. Disputes for non-delivery must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
