Shipping policy

As soon as your order has been shipped out to you, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you require your hair before a specific date, please ensure you place your order well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Premium Virgin Indian Hair – UK orders: Delivery is 10-14 business days. Please allow up to 20 days in case of delays.
Premium Virgin Indian Hair – Europe orders: The hair should be with you in up to 18 days, however please allow up to 25 days for your order to arrive. This includes Processing Time (1-3 business days), Construction/Customisation of Wig Units (3-5 business days), and Shipping (6-10 business days). Europe shipping starts from £9.70 (price may vary depending on location).
Any shipping delays will be communicated to you. Shipping delays are the responsibility of the shipping company — if you encounter issues, please contact us and we will liaise with them on your behalf.
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Disputes for non-delivery must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Proof of delivery (via Royal Mail tracking) signifies the completion of our responsibility as a seller. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses — we are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
